Part 1 : The Letters and Vowels

Part 1

Learning Objective

At the end of Part 1, students should be able to identify all the Arabic letters and their six basic vowels.

Learning Methodology

This Part covers the Arabic letters and their six basic vowels. There are 23 lessons and 2,066 letters. 

Part 2

Learning Objective

At the end of Part 2, students should be able to read all the words in the Qur’an fluently and without error.

Learning Methodology

This Part covers the manner letters become words, all forms of Qur’anic words, the different sounds produced when two letters are joint together in a word, and the different styles of writing those words. There are 24 lessons and 2,035 example words for practice. 1,951 of them are taken from the Qur’an.

Part 3

Learning Objective

At the end of Part 3, students should be able to read full Qur’anic sentence (ayat) and ready to recite the Qur’an.

Learning Methodology

This Part covers the different sounds produced when words are joint to form phrases and the different sounds produced when there is a stop (waqaf) in recitation. There are 33 lessons and 870 Qur’anic phrases to practise.
